Membership

Interested in becoming a member? We're always looking for more help. There's a spot for everyone! We offer some company paid training, no experience is necessary! Send us a message and ask about  volunteer opportunities.

An application for membership shall be in writing on an application form provided by the East Penn Search and Rescue Team Inc. and will be presented at a regular monthly business meeting. 

Prior to the next meeting, the membership committee will review all applications. 

At the monthly business meeting the committee will make a recommendation to membership  present and a vote shall be taken to either deny or accept the new member. 

The new member must have the approval of at least 1/2 of the active members present at that monthly business meeting. Upon approval of the application he/she must then serve a 6-month probationary period in which time the new member must fulfill all active membership requirements and training.
