The IRS has determined we are a public charity under the Internal Revenue Code Section 509(a)(2) and also determined

we are exempt from federal income tax under Internal

Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3).

We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522.

Donors may deduct contributions they make to us under Internal Revenue Code Section 170.
